To qualify as a hosted buyer for our Forums you have to be a decision-maker in your agency, company or association with relevant MICE business for African destinations. Places are limited and by invitation only.

You will have to fill and submit an application (Form below) about your business activities. Our team will evaluate it before accepting or refusing your application.

Being accepted to MICE Connect Africa allows you access to our events and experiences plus ;

You will be fully hosted to a VIP treatment; flights, airport transfers, 2 night’s deluxe accommodation, all meals and activities of the program. Everything totally free.

You will have up to 20 prearranged face-to-face appointments with selected MICE suppliers, and many additional networking opportunities to connect on a deeper level.

You’ll attend Inspiring educational sessions with topics on the Meetings Industry promoting exchange and discussion.

You’ll participate in Informative destination discovery activities that reveals the authentic spirit of the host destination, gives you first-hand experience and deeper knowledge of its best venues and facilities to hold your next events.
